What I understand from your poem is that the LORD Shiva and his family don't know the Tamil in view of the outcome of the ruling of Supreme Court. But it is contradictory as compared to his son LORD Muruga is called as Tamil God. It is the concocted story of the Dikshitars and not as per the LORD's view.
